Refund Policy

Each pass is a one-time payment that unlocks full access for a fixed period. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel, and your dashboard shows the exact end date. The passes and their prices are listed on our pricing page.

Full refund within 7 days of payment if you have answered fewer than 20% of the question bank since paying. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund regardless of the rule in section 2 or how much of the question bank you have used. For a failure that is not major, we will fix the problem within a reasonable time, and if we do not, you can ask for a refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Email support@adviserexamprep.com with the email address on your account and the date of payment, or use our feedback form. We aim to reply within two business days.

We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe. Once we have issued it, the refund usually reaches your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. When a pass is refunded, its access ends.

Resit cover: on the 12-month pass, sit the exam while your pass is active and don't pass, and we add 90 days free. To claim, send us your exam result notice through the feedback form or by email within 30 days of the result. We add 90 days to your pass, free, each time you don't pass a sitting while it is active. Resit cover does not apply to the 1-month or 4-month passes.

Resit cover extends your access; it is not a refund, and we do not promise any exam result.

If you were charged in error or more than once, contact us and we will correct genuine errors promptly.
